1. Which Insurances do you accept?

We accept most Insurances.  To find out more about your insurance coverage, please call the office.

We do not accept workman’s compensation insurance.

2. What are your office hours?

We are open:

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday             8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Tuesday                                                                          8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Fridays                                                                            8:00 am – 4:00 pm

4. When do you see patients?

Our procedures are performed Wednesdays and Thursdays
